Our Company has been performing the maintenance of the base stations of the "mobile providers" since 2002.

Activities:

• Scheduled maintenance

  which we perform annually in cycles according to the need of our Clients. During this activity we perform:
  • the maintenance and preventive works prescribed by each equipment manufacturer, designer, the checking, setting of the factory parameters;
  • those works, checking, cleaning, accurate measurements etc. became necessary during the operating and maintenance practice, which may affect the safe, error-free condition of the equipment;
  • we immediately eliminate the anomalies, faults found during the maintenance and checking activity as far as possible, and if it is not possible, we arrange for the soonest repair.

• Repair of the faults to be eliminated urgently

  the negligence of which endangers the maintaining of the safe operation or the safety of the operator and third parties in the short term:
  • obstacles hindering the access of the operating staff (damaged key safe, container door that cannot be opened);
  • faults qualified to be urgent by the Client’s representative.

  We start the elimination of the fault within the time specified in the contract from the error reporting on the site, and we start the fault repair processes.

• Immediate fault clearing

  all those faults, which require immediate elimination for the sake of the operating of the network, the protection of the properties and the persons:
  • for example the 0.4 kV feeding-in line has broken, obstacles hindering the access in extremely urgent case;
  • qualified to be immediately cleared by the Client’s representative.

  We start the elimination of the fault within the time specified in the contract from the error reporting on the site, and we start the fault repair processes.
